Game Producer

 

As a Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging game content to our players. You will be responsible for tracking progress, prioritizing goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional player experiences.

 

  • Work closely with diverse teams to deliver satisfying game experiences
  • Manage project backlogs, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Ensure high-quality execution of game features and experiences
  • Set clear expectations through effective communication with stakeholders
  • Facilitate efficient and healthy team dynamics; resolve obstacles to success
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that support the team's growth

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience managing game production teams using Agile methodologies
  • Track record of improving work systems for teams
  • Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Experience working on live game services
  • Experience with distributed development
  • Experience working with game content pipelines
  • Experience working on game commerce
