Investment Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to support our business growth strategy.

This role will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic insights to stakeholders.

  • Assist in the analysis and execution of investment opportunities, ensuring well-researched recommendations are developed.
  • Perform thorough market research to assess industry trends, investment risks, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and assess investment viability.
  • Support senior management in decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to project asset performance and returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and service providers.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior leadership and investors.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
