
Compensation Strategy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation design, with a strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and refine compensation strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
You will also serve as a thought leader in the development and implementation of innovative total rewards solutions, driving positive outcomes for the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related field, with extensive expertise in Compensation design at large technology firms
- Robust experience in incentive compensation design
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric outlook
- Broad understanding of all Total Rewards components (base and variable pay, long-term incentives, recognition programs) with knowledge of market pay practices in the technology industry
- Expert-level analytical skills and mastery in compensation data analysis and modeling; advanced Excel capabilities
- Fluency in English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
