About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our Danish market team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and improving our community's overall experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and enforce client Terms of Use to prevent abuse and ensure a safe community environment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and community standards.
- Use market-specific knowledge to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyse and utilise data to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the global team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of Danish in oral and written communication.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
