About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our Danish market team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and improving our community's overall experience.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Monitor and enforce client Terms of Use to prevent abuse and ensure a safe community environment.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and community standards.
  4. Use market-specific knowledge to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
  5. Analyse and utilise data to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Collaborate with the global team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of Danish in oral and written communication.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
