Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Leisure Club Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the club during opening hours.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, by phone/email, and administering membership enquiries and completing sales with customers.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility in working hours, including mornings/evenings & weekends, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills required.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments is an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
