As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About The Role
  • You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
  • Taking direction from department managers, you will monitor food quality and hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have previous experience working within hotels or a similar role.
  • Be passionate about food and have a genuine interest in the culinary arts.
  • Possess a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
  • Be a team player who can work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
