Senior Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a Change Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing change in large-scale organizations or projects of similar scale and complexity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Change Management Plan, liaising with various teams, and developing and implementing a comprehensive approach for managing change across functions.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline, such as Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or other STEM-related fields.
A Project Management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is advantageous but not mandatory.
