Process Excellence Lead

This leadership role requires delivering excellence in end-to-end process improvement practices, methodologies, and behaviors to achieve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate influential leadership skills to drive alignment of priorities across areas.
  • Support the continuous improvement cycle aiming at sustainable increase of unitary output.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain methodologies and workflows to maximize workforce efficiency.
  • Derive metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity to identify bottlenecks.
Requirements:
  • University qualification in Science or Engineering or similar field (mandatory).
  • Lean and 6 Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Typically requires 8-12 years of relevant experience in Industry-related Continuous Improvement Initiatives and application of cGMPs, ICH/CFR guidelines, ISO Norms, and Industrial Safety guidelines.
  • Experience in tools such as Process Mapping, DMAIC methodology, Statistical analysis, and Process Plant Support.

This role demands deep specialized knowledge of Process Optimization, Manufacturing principles, Quality, cGMPs, ICH/CFR guidelines, ISO Norms, Industrial Safety guidelines, and Regulatory Affairs.

A strong trainer with fluency in English and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office package are required.
