Job Title and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operational management of residential services and acting as nominated Person in Charge. This role entails ensuring high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in close collaboration with the ISM.
  • Lead and direct operational staff to foster a strong cross-functional team working ethos.
  • Ensure quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage high-level operational risks.
  • Act as People Champion of our company culture and values.
Requirements

An appropriate third-level qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care is required. A Health and Social Care Managers Qualification is also essential. Full driving licence is necessary. Project & People Management skills are beneficial. MAPA, Safeguarding & Mental Health training is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

Acquired Brain Injury related experience and formal training is highly valued. Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency is desirable.
