Job Description

The role of Shift Technician in the Clean Utilities department involves supporting the delivery of a safe working environment for colleagues and a reliable plant to ensure continuity of supply of medicines for patients. The incumbent will assist in maintaining process equipment, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a 24/7 shift role that requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team. The successful candidate will have experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical facility, and possess skills in electrical, instrument, or combined trades.

The Shift Technician will be responsible for managing CMMS work requests, executing planned maintenance routines, and collaborating with stakeholders such as manufacturing operations, quality, and EHS teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to influence work cross-functionally, and demonstrate a strong understanding of clean utilities and sterile fill/finish process equipment.
