Senior Audit Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team.


The Role:
  • Plan and review audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead an audit team and oversee complex projects.
  • Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients and maintain their trust through professionalism and expertise.
  • Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Other responsibilities include ensuring that all audit work is completed in a timely manner and meeting the required standards of quality and excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements:
  • You should hold a qualified accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • Have significant experience in external auditing, including managing teams and leading projects.
  • Be able to train and mentor junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Have experience working in practice and be familiar with industry regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable with regular travel to client sites.
