The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Technical Lead or similar, with strong understanding of financial systems / general ledger platforms desired but not essential.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering best practices in delivery and design.
- Drive the engineering roadmap for financial systems, particularly within general ledger.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Technology to ensure alignment.
- Provide architectural guidance, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Manage delivery timelines, team performance, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience as a Technical Lead or similar.
- Strong understanding of financial systems / general ledger platforms (desired but not essential).
- Technical background in .NET with exposure to AWS cloud.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
