Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to set menus and client standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation throughout service
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines, including HACCP and food safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and tidiness
  • Collaborate effectively with the existing kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens is essential
  • Strong cooking skills, combined with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrated flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork are vital for success in this role
  • The successful candidate must be currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
  • An own car is required due to limited public transport options
  • Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 2 certifications are highly desirable; training can be provided if needed
  • Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
