Bar Supervisor Role

This is a dynamic and engaging role where you will lead the bar service to guests in accordance with hotel standards and service guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. They must also have previous experience within a similar role and be legally eligible to work in Ireland.

  • Lead the Bar Service to guests in accordance with the hotel's standards and service guidelines
  • Warmly welcome guests with a voice, manner and behaviour that portrays a warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanour at all times
  • Supervise the bar team to ensure prompt and professional Food & Beverage service at all times
  • Be familiar with Service Standards, monitor adherence, and ensure staff are trained as required and aware of these standards
  • Support the team in a hands-on approach to setting up and clearing tables
  • Ensure Bar service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, with daily adherence to cleaning schedules
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legally eligible to work in Ireland
