Senior Associate Role

This 12-month contract provides a compelling opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Reward team and enhance their skills in compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of EY's Reward strategy, supporting initiatives that ensure our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Assist in the annual salary review process, including data preparation, proposal development, communications, and system testing.
  • Support the delivery of compensation-related programmes, ensuring they are well-managed and meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Assist with benchmarking and survey submissions, helping to shape our reward positioning through market insights.
  • Analyse reward data to identify trends and generate insights, contributing to the development of practical and innovative solutions.
  • Support the management of EY's benefits portfolio, ensuring offerings are benchmarked, clearly communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Contribute to strategic reward projects, providing support across a range of initiatives as required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the Reward space.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy workload and balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to think both strategically and practically.
