Job Overview

We are seeking a Bim Manager to join our team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of our Digital Project Delivery strategy across projects within the Business Unit.

This role provides support and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover.

BIM Documentation experience is crucial for this role.

  • Support the pre-construction team with reviewing tender documents to identify client BIM and digital requirements.
  • Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
  • Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensure internal project teams and external parties are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Lead the DPD kick-off meeting with the project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy.
  • Support BIM Engineers as required and mentor same as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements.
  • BIM Documentation experience is crucial for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software packages.
  • Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
