As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial, administrative, and reception tasks while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Executive Edge. The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
1. Maintaining and updating resident listings, ensuring accuracy in financial records
2. Following up on outstanding resident balances and managing debt collection processes
3. Processing invoices, approving payments, and ensuring timely vendor payments
4. Setting up and maintaining vendor accounts and reconciling statements
5. Overseeing month-end financial reporting and ensuring all queries are resolved promptly
6. Maintaining comprehensive and compliant resident files, adhering to company policies and H.I.Q.A. regulations
7. Recording all cash transactions securely and liaising with Head Office on financial matters
8. Generating and submitting accurate invoices for residents, H.S.E., and other responsible parties
