We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support services to onsite personnel, customers, and service providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support services including hardware break/fix, software upgrades, and data migration.
  • Replicate and resolve customer incidents in software and hardware environments.
  • Self-monitor tickets to ensure proper escalation and resolution of incidents consistent with agreed SLAs.
  • Follow established asset management processes.
  • Setup and support conference rooms.
  • Provision internal VoIP telephones.
  • Communicate effectively with IT infrastructure support groups to escalate incidents and follow up on resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions within tickets for accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills and experience in desktop support, asset management, and incident management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
