Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to General ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager's office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including direct PA duties, coordination of meetings, and preparation of correspondence.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by performing tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
