About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with our Technology Solutions Group. This role will involve working in a hybrid environment, combining office time in Letterkenny, Ireland with remote work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of product initiatives within a delivery team, contributing to requirement understanding, analysis, and refinement, as well as solution design, implementation, testing, and support in production
  • Collaborating with the delivery team to develop Front Office products, ensuring adherence to modern coding practices and industry standards
  • Creating high-quality business requirements, adhering to company standards, and documenting them thoroughly
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders to conduct walkthroughs and capture requirements and business outcomes
  • Working with tech leads to define technical designs and collaborating with other team members to understand the system's end-to-end functionality
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technology role, preferably in BSA/QA and/or application support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences and vice versa at various organizational levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business management teams
