We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Account Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and has a strong background in account management, customer service, and relationship building.
As a Client Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing best-in-class client service to a designated portfolio of top-tier treasury services clients.
Your goal will be to promote 100% client satisfaction by interacting with the client on service & operating issues and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops, maintains, and broadens partnerships with clients; understands clients' business to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Becomes the client's trusted advisor.
- Assists in developing and executing strategic client plans.
- Promotes the use of self-service tools to reduce the number of client enquiries.
- Analyses payment and associated activities to identify efficiencies and cross-sell opportunities.
- Participates in and supports treasury services initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement.
- Develops internal partnerships (e.g., sales, operations, product, technology).
- Identifies and escalates potential risks associated with client activities.
- Records all client interactions (e.g., calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications).
