Tender Process Manager

We are seeking a highly organised professional to manage the full tender process from opportunity identification to final submission. This is a key role in driving business growth, securing contracts in the engineering and construction industry.
This position involves writing and submitting tenders, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring timely and high-quality submissions of all tenders. You will oversee our tender project management tracker to assign tasks and set deadlines, collaborate with technical teams to create competitive bids, and communicate new tenders to relevant stakeholders for approval.
Key Responsibilities- Tender writing and strategy development
- Tracking new tender opportunities and managing access credentials
- Finalising bids and presentations, and managing a team of people working in this area
Requirements
Requirements- Minimum 4 years experience in tender coordination, ideally in engineering or construction
- 3rd-level degree
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of public procurement processes, and experience in the lifting and handling equipment industry
