Our client is a leading provider of cleanroom furniture and fit-out solutions for the Pharma, Biopharma, and Life Sciences sectors.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
- BUILD AND NURTURE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AT TARGET ACCOUNTS.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- A proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
