Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
  • BUILD AND NURTURE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AT TARGET ACCOUNTS.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
