Role Overview:
- This role involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and broader business objectives.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, actionable briefs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, employing a test-and-learn approach.
- Develop and manage content across digital, email, social, and offline platforms.
- Support content production, including video, internal communications, and quick-turnaround materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, supporting audits and rebrand initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and support on marketing needs.
- Assist in compiling monthly reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or a similar field is required; healthcare experience is advantageous.
- You should possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- As a confident communicator, you have experience working cross-functionally.
- Commercial awareness, combined with strong analytical and reporting capabilities, is essential.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
