Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Complaints Handling Team. The role of Complaints Handling Specialist has become available due to internal movement and we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position. This will be a backfill position where you will play a key role in customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate formal complaints, prepare well-structured responses, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support complaints received through sales channels and identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement from complaint data.
  • Flag quality issues, share feedback with relevant teams, and assist with training on complaint-related processes.
Requirements
  • A qualification - APA fully qualified is essential; CIP is preferred.
  • Significant experience handling customer complaints—ideally in financial services or insurance.
  • Good understanding of Consumer Protection Code (CPC) guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
