Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage client accounts, ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Execute our account administration strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Serve as first point of contact for clients, addressing or routing inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales and success teams to drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Monitor customer health by processing renewals, identifying at-risk accounts, and executing cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset and exceptional communication skills.
