Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced nursing leader to fill the role of Director of Nursing. This position will provide clinical guidance, oversee Health and Safety protocols, staff recruitment, and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality patient care by providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
  • Oversee Health and Safety protocols, Fire Safety, and risk management initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff to optimize team performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead on operational matters, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing seeking to advance their career. They will be supported by an Administrator and Buildings Manager in this leadership role.

Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, fostering open communication and interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including patients, families, and staff members.
