Job Opportunity for a Construction Administrator

Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team.

  • Provide administrative support to office staff, site managers, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative controls to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure timely collection and processing of project-related information and materials.
  • Assist with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to effectively manage data and documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
