Nurse Specialist in Cancer Services

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, leveraging their extensive nursing experience to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of cancer services. This clinical facilitator role offers an opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills, educate nursing staff, and contribute to evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of orientation programs for nursing staff involved in cancer care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance oncology service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on complex patient care issues within the cancer setting.
- Valid NMBI Registered General Nurse license.
- At least five years of recent experience in a relevant acute hospital setting.
- Bachelor of Science in nursing is mandatory.
- Oncology-related postgraduate courses are advantageous.
- Recent chemotherapy administration experience.
- Teaching and education experience at hospital or university level is desirable.
- Demonstrate expertise in mentorship and preceptorship.
- Proven clinical and professional management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
