Your Role
  • You will administer and service portfolios of hedge funds and private equity funds, ensuring seamless execution of administration agreements.
  • As a leader, you will develop and manage a team of senior and junior administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate shareholder registers and act as transfer agent, facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with investors, providing clear and concise information.
  • Process payments and other transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in the private equity and/or hedge fund industry.
  • Display a genuine interest in financial markets, hedge fund, and private equity sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word and Excel, is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
