Plant Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and IT skills, with experience working with asset data and administrative tasks.

  • Process delivery, return dockets, and stores issues efficiently.
  • Update company database systems controlling asset data accurately.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • E-file all department records securely.
  • Verify invoices against accruals for financial accuracy.
  • Provide general administration support to the Plant department effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed by the department.
  • Inspect vehicles and Plant compliance through inspection sheet processing.
  • Configure and dispose of new assets on the company database correctly.
  • Tax vehicles and book Vehicle tests in accordance with regulations.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.
  • Manage toll and fuel cards for the department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
