Key Account Manager Job Opportunity

X is creating a world-class team of media professionals. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Northern Europe sales team in Dublin.

About the role:

  • We collaborate with advertisers to understand their objectives and develop effective campaigns, providing consultative expertise and strategic support.
  • Educate and consult on X's advertising products, delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Manage large-scale performance advertising campaigns, leveraging internal tools and dashboards to optimize outcomes.
  • Execute, optimize, and analyze advertising programs, driving business growth and improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Resolve campaign issues and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for advertisers, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback to product and tools teams to enhance our advertising platform, informing future development and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Strong product knowledge, optimization, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Performance marketing experience, especially with mobile app promotion, demonstrating expertise in driving user acquisition and retention.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and preference for working in small, collaborative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
