Hotel Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our Front Desk team and oversee various departments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in front-of-house management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. A valid work permit for Ireland/EU is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, and appraise team members according to established procedures.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to the employee handbook and organisational policies.
  • Manage time and attendance systems for relevant departments, handle holidays, bank holidays, and lieu time effectively.
  • Organise daily briefings, chair departmental meetings, and promote General Team Meetings.
  • Roster team members in compliance with the Organisation of Working Time Act and ensure adherence to grooming standards.
  • Identify and develop key team members, create succession plans in collaboration with the People & Culture Department, and provide comprehensive training on Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets.

Candidates must hold a valid right to work in Ireland full-time.
