Project Lead for Strategic Growth Initiatives

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to drive projects that support our company's strategy and future growth.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of major development and capital projects. You will prepare business cases and propose strategic initiatives from concept through to approval.

Key responsibilities include planning projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets, timelines, resources, and KPIs are met. You will coordinate teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial, as you will ensure project outcomes meet expectations. Overseeing multiple projects at once, you will also ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related) with Project Management qualifications. At least 10 years' experience, including 4+ years in project management within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction, is essential.

A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget is vital. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, as you will work at senior leadership and board level. Comfortable managing diverse teams, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities is also required.
