Front Office Representative

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to guests from the moment they arrive at our 5-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarise yourself with daily business operations, including arrivals, departures and special requests.
- Offer guest services such as wake up calls, newspapers etc.
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Adhere to cash, charge, float and till procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Maximise sales through effective up-selling techniques.
- Address customer enquiries and booking requests promptly, courteously and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Basic computer skills are essential while a working knowledge of relevant software is desirable.
- Hospitality experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly and welcoming personality and manner.
- Able to prioritise and organise work effectively.
- Flexible hours, including weekends, bank holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.
