We are seeking a skilled Talent Strategist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in talent management, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that meet our business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and attract top talent
  • Conducting market analysis and competitor research to inform talent acquisition decisions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. HR, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
