Role Overview

Medihive, a leading health-tech organization, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their Revenue team. This role will play a pivotal part in further developing the company's market position in Ireland with its corporate clinical offering and clinical partnerships.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, challenges, and pain points, and matching Medihive's solutions to drive a better healthcare journey for professionals and patients. You will work closely with the Marketing Team, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that Medihive remains customer-centric and responsive to market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Medihive's market presence in Ireland.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and articulate customer value propositions, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process from lead generation to close, leaning into other team members as needed for aspects such as pricing, contracting, and negotiation.
  • Drive core, repeatable business through a structured sales and pipeline management approach.
  • Seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering even greater customer value.
