Psychological Services Role

The ideal candidate will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, providing expert psychological services to clients in line with established policies and procedures.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop evidence-based formulations and interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Promote collaborative teamwork by contributing psychological perspectives and insights during team discussions and planning.
  • Deliver timely, professional reports and recommendations as required.
  • Create and implement treatment plans that align with client objectives and service goals.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical record-keeping and data collection in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Contribute to service development, evaluation, and audit initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and clinical reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster recovery-oriented, person-centred, and inclusive approaches across all aspects of work.
  • Provide training, consultation, and support to staff, clients, families, or other relevant stakeholders as required.
