Job Description:

As a Business Development and Pipeline Manager, you will be responsible for driving progress by project managing various work streams, including UX/Product enhancements, communications, onboarding, training, and stakeholder management. Your primary objective is to identify opportunities for growth and improve the overall effectiveness of our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive progress through effective project management, focusing on UX/Product enhancements, comms, onboarding, training, and stakeholder management
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure value and growth are delivered through pipeline management
  • Provide expert advice and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders regarding best practice pipeline management
  • Conduct continuous analysis of the pipeline to identify areas of improvement and develop approaches that enhance effectiveness and improve conversion rates
  • Draft impactful communications and produce video content to aid adoption
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to build effective training resources
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple work streams and prioritizing tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
