Project Supervisor - Key Responsibilities and Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Supervisor with a strong background in civils and subducting activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Job Description:
  • Critical Job Functions:
  • Create and manage project schedules, ensure timely delivery of projects to clients,
  • Maintain and improve quality standards across the organization,
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients and stakeholders,
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement
Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordination of site operations:
  2. Carry out regular site audits to monitor compliance levels,
  3. Coach and mentor field operatives to enhance quality, safety and efficiency
  4. Manage daily targets for sample inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary
  5. Report findings to line managers in real-time
  6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders and communicate effectively
  7. Implement procedures for service delivery as dictated by the client
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • A strong understanding of SROH (Safe Roads Operations Handbook),
  • CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks Card,
  • CSCS Health and Safety Roadworks Card,
  • IT skills for liaising with group works control
  • An understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to understand client quality requirements
  • Professional self-motivation and ability to integrate into the project delivery team
