It works on projects with homebuilders and has a delivery pipeline of over 17,000 homes. Additionally, it master-plans large-scale areas like Limerick Colbert Quarter, the Digital Hub in Dublin, and Sandy Road in Galway.

The Role

This opportunity plays a key role in residential and regeneration projects through the development life cycle. The ideal candidate will have technical and commercial acumen to deliver landmark projects while being a team player with a drive for challenges.

The SITE MANAGER assists in the day-to-day management of construction, technical, and operational stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction stage to ensure contractor compliance with design.
  • Organize adequate supervision of construction works on-site.
  • Reporting to the Employer's Representative.
  • Coordinating contract interfaces with respect to works.
  • Assessing Contractor claims and writing reports.
  • Assessing Contractor payment applications against work completed.
  • Preparing clear comments on Contractor submissions.
  • Keeping records and managing correspondence.
  • Attending site meetings and informing other supervisory staff of matters affecting their work.
Person Specifications:
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Have satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering, building construction, and project management.
  • At least 3 years' experience as Site Manager or Resident Engineer with proven ability to deliver results.
  • Detailed experience in residential project delivery.
  • Direct experience in project management and good knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations.
  • Excellent Communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
