Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex user issues, communicating with high-value customers, and providing best-in-class support experiences via email.
  • Casework involves resolving user issues, managing business critical escalations, and improving service delivery for large users.
  • Developing relationships with users, analyzing and optimizing support documentation and processes, and identifying opportunities to improve support and overall experience with Stripe.
