The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star property, with a passion for seasonal, local ingredients and a strong food ethos. They must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to support and coach junior chefs. A calm, professional approach with strong attention to detail is also essential.
