ETB Partnership and Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Dublin, with the primary focus of building strong relationships across Education & Training Boards (ETBs). Key responsibilities include steering SMIS-related procurement engagement and ensuring that our solutions meet ETB needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Engagement
  • Act as our primary liaison with ETB leadership teams, procurement offices, and ICT staff
  • Proactively create touchpoints via ETBI, sector conferences, working groups, and policy forums

What You Will Do

  • Represent us as a sector thought leader, sharing relevant insights, case studies, and innovations
  • Partner with sales and bid teams on tenders, aligning proposals to ETB needs, policies, and priorities
Procurement and Bid Support

Support presentations and pitches, serving as a credible, trusted face of our company to ETB panels. Partner with sales and bid teams to ensure alignment with ETB requirements.

Delivery Support

Collaborate with our Customer Success and Implementation teams to meet ETB-specific delivery requirements. Help establish pilot projects, case studies, and reference sites within the ETB sector.

Internal Knowledge Sharing

Act as our subject matter expert for the ETB sector, regularly briefing colleagues on key developments and best practices.

Requirements

Experience in strategic engagement, procurement, and delivery within the ETB sector is preferred. You should be a thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
