Job Description:
This role plays a key part in the management and optimization of our strategic partnerships. The Senior Partnership Development Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our relationships deliver high-quality services and value.
Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our partners to guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality services and innovation opportunities.
They will nurture these relationships and ensure that partner activities align with our strategic goals and operational requirements.
Responsibilities include leading negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements on behalf of senior stakeholders, ensuring value while advancing strategic objectives.
Additionally, the successful candidate will establish robust oversight mechanisms to ensure partner operations comply with our internal policies, procedures, and regulatory framework.
Regular evaluations will be conducted to guarantee all contractual obligations are met, and collaboration with internal stakeholders will be necessary to maintain or exceed service levels.
The role also involves steering change processes, taking ownership of order agreements, and monitoring costs to ensure financial efficiency.
A key aspect is leading impactful monthly senior stakeholder steering committee meetings to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.
The candidate will engage with senior leadership to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes and proactively identify potential risks to safeguard business interests.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar industry or environment is required, along with a relevant degree or other qualification.
Previous experience in people or performance management is essential, as well as a strong sense of ownership, learning agility, and a proactive approach.
Demonstrated experience working with service providers, understanding of the regulatory landscape, and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions are also crucial.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and associated risk management within the industry is desirable.
Able to travel for meetings, if required.
