Business Partner HR Role

This role is focused on partnering with senior stakeholders and undertaking key operational tasks in a professional services environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary HR point of contact for various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • They will undertake payroll preparation and leave management, utilizing their organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Supporting Management on various HR projects and initiatives, the ideal candidate will provide HR advisory services and coaching to people managers, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Developing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, they will anticipate needs and provide solutions, enhancing the overall business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles within a professional services environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR operations is also required, along with a strong ability to build partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills are crucial to manage multiple tasks effectively, while proficiency in HR reporting and analysis tools is also desirable.
