ETB Partnership Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships across the ETB sector. As an ETB Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships, steering procurement engagement, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of ETBs.

This high-impact role requires:

  • Acting as our primary liaison with ETB leadership teams, procurement offices, and ICT staff
  • Proactively creating touchpoints via ETBI, sector conferences, working groups, and policy forums
  • Representing us as a sector thought leader, sharing relevant insights, case studies, and innovations
  • Partnering with sales and bid teams on tenders, aligning proposals to ETB needs, policies, and priorities
  • Providing sector intelligence on competitor positioning, decision-making structures, and procurement processes
  • Supporting presentations and pitches, serving as a credible, trusted face of our organization to ETB panels
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Implementation to meet ETB-specific delivery requirements
  • Helping establish pilot projects, case studies, and reference sites within the ETB sector
  • Gathering structured feedback from ETBs to inform product development and service improvements
  • Acting as our subject matter expert for the ETB sector, regularly briefing colleagues
  • Building internal playbooks and templates to strengthen our effectiveness with ETBs over time

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the ETB sector, its challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
