We are looking for a highly skilled Style Advisor to join our team. As a Style Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving store performance.

Job Description

A first-class shopping experience starts with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again.

Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customers as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to enhance the overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales and champion high-quality premium products at all available opportunities.
  • Delve into customer preferences and deliver an inspirational picture of our vision in store to drive store performance by maintaining a high awareness of visual merchandising principles.
  • Operate an electronic Point of Sale system, handle transactions accurately, and anticipate future opportunities to keep our customers engaged.

About You

As a Style Advisor, you will receive full training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in your role.

We require you to be reliable and motivated to fulfill the role, flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.

You will engage with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment while sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise.
