This key role is focused on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our aircraft fleet. As a Reliability and Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing maintenance data to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with manufacturers and OEMs to drive reliability improvements;
  • Conducting cost/benefit analysis of reliability options and making recommendations;
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve technical issues;
  • Analyzing aircraft dispatch reliability and creating technical reports.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or a B-1/B-2/CAT A license;
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems;
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of AMOS and computer literacy.
