Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, industries, and market trends using data and analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed call briefs for senior leadership prior to scheduled client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership in proposal development, project managing proposals to ensure adequate resourcing and quality control.
  • Draft communication related to business development activities, including introductory emails, follow-up messages, proposal summaries, and other materials throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads received through various channels.
  • Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns for warmer leads under senior leadership guidance.
  • Maintain and manage the agency's CRM system.
  • Provide proactive support to leadership by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all sales activities within the CRM system, identifying trends, potential challenges, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales materials and resources, such as case studies and marketing collateral.
